Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO and AEO Strategist to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll define the technical roadmap and the ranking story for the client.

You will lead technical SEO (crawl, indexation, site speed, schema), keyword strategy, and on-page optimization with writers and AI; manage local/multi-location SEO; and report in GA4 and Search Console with quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
