Job summary

LTF Digital is seeking an SEO Manager to drive organic search for clients in a remote-friendly, collaborative agency. You will partner with the Head of SEO and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable growth through technical optimisation and smart content decisions.

Required 3–5 years of hands-on SEO, familiarity with SEO tools, and the ability to communicate complex results to varied audiences. UK-based, with strong remote collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency.
• Proven success delivering SEO/growth in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with aesthetics/healthcare sectors is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of PPC, paid social, or email marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for clients.
• Identify high‑value keywords and develop content strategies.
• Audit sites, fix technical issues, implement schema and mobile optimisation.
• Collaborate with content to align SEO with user intent.
• Outbound outreach and backlink strategies to boost domain authority.
• Monitor KPIs with GA, Search Console, and SEMrush; produce client reports.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and optimise local clinic visibility.
• Coordinate with design, development, and paid search teams.

Role Overview - Based in the UK - MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN THE UK

As the SEO Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving organic search success for our clients. Working closely with the Head of SEO and other departments, you will manage and execute SEO and AIO campaigns, deliver technical expertise, and ensure all strategies align with client goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong communication to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO/AOI strategies for clients across various platforms.
• Identify high-value keywords and develop content strategies to enhance rankings and drive relevant traffic.
• Conduct audits, resolve technical issues, and implement schema markup, crawlability fixes, and mobile optimisation.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and optimise SEO/AIO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
• Implement outreach and backlink strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Monitor performance, traffic, and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, producing actionable insights and regular client reports.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and optimise strategies for local clinics to improve visibility in local search results.
• Work with design, development, and paid search teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in SEO/AIO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and with an understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Develop innovative solutions to address SEO and AIO challenges and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Strong ability to present strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
