Job summary

Skyform is seeking an SEO and digital marketing lead to own organic growth, website performance and lead generation for its subsidiaries across Southeast Asia. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and shape how our brands show up online.

You’ll manage technical SEO, content strategy and CRM integration while guiding cross-functional teams to improve site performance, engagement and conversions across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong SEO/AIO track record.
• Experience in email marketing.
• Solid grasp of website metrics, web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to develop marketing assets, including copy, blog content, images and video.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Strong writing skills and clear communication, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects to deadline.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and AI optimisation across all subsidiaries and markets.
• Run technical audits for site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data and analytics.
• Oversee website management and redesign for fast load times and good UX.
• Drive content strategy and optimisation, including keyword research and AI-assisted blogging.
• Implement and integrate CRM systems to nurture leads from campaigns.
• Track organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI with analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and sales to embed digital best practices.
• Drive group-wide campaigns and events to unify the brand story.
