Job summary

Hughes Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to service residential and commercial customers. You will install, inspect, monitor, and maintain Sentricon termite bait stations while building customer relationships and ensuring high service standards.

Training is provided; a valid driver’s license and the ability to work at least 40 hours per week are required. Company vehicle and a robust benefits package accompany this role in a family-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect Sentricon termite bait stations and record findings.
• Identify installed stations with locator devices and assess station condition.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components as needed.
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working condition.
