Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of biological sample data (tissues, excreta and body fluids).
• Coordinate with PIs to organize timelines and processing priorities.
• Establish standard operating protocols for processing samples.
• Organize shipping of samples to core facilities for data generation and transfer large data files.
• Contribute to initial quality assessments and analyses of received data.
• Assist in preparation of grant applications and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
