Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, Maryland, is seeking Sensors and Systems Technicians for its Manufacturing Organization. This 3rd shift role involves testing, operating, calibrating, constructing, repairing and assembling a broad range of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, electronics training, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Graduate of a two year, full time electronic technology school OR six months military electronics school plus two years working in the maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
• U.S. Citizenship Required Experience: Must have extensive knowledge of electronics principles.
• A high degree of skill in fabrication and test of complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits and systems.
• Be capable of meeting 09 solder certification and successfully passing pre-employment skills screening.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required
