Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking Student Peer Leaders for the SENR program (FAES) to support academic success and community building among School of Environment and Natural Resources students. You will assist during ENR 1100 lectures and recitations, guide discussions, and help with wellness and assignments.

You will be assigned to a small group, perform outreach, hold meetings, provide feedback, and help organize student engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Clear communication both online and in person.
• Willingness to help others and build connections.
• Ability to quickly locate OSU SENR resources.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students during ENR 1100 lecture sessions on Mondays, 4:10–5:05, in Kottman 103.
• Lead opening questions, mini‑workshops and foster connections.
• Facilitate ENR 1100 recitations on Wednesdays at listed times.
• Provide support and feedback on reflective assignments.
• Assist with resume grading and student outreach.
• Attend weekly peer leader meetings to coordinate activities.
• Help build a welcoming SENR community for new students.
