FairchildHR is assisting a Ponte Vedra Beach CPA firm in recruiting a Senior Tax Associate. You will prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships, collaborating with partners and managers on high-impact engagements.

You’ll stay current on tax law changes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and have a clear, mentored path toward leadership with a defined route to Manager and Partner as you build relationships with clients before next season ramps up.

• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and communication skills.

As a Senior Tax Associate, you'll handle complex work, have direct access to leadership, and join a team where people tend to stay, not burn out. Start now and you'll have months to learn the systems, meet the team, and build relationships with clients before next season ramps up.

This role also offers a clear, supported path to Manager and Partner, with the mentorship and tools to get you there.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical (tax) knowledge and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
