Job summary

Soni is seeking a Senior Zero Trust Architect / Engineer to design, implement, and govern our Zero Trust security strategy across users, devices, apps, networks, data and cloud environments. The role requires deep expertise in identity security, network security, multi-cloud security, endpoint protection, and enterprise security architecture, with hands-on SASE and ZTNA experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or security engineering.
• 5+ years designing enterprise security architectures.
• 3+ years leading Zero Trust implementations or SASE deployments.
• Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services).
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Proficient with IdP, Directory Services, SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-207, NIST CSF, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model.
• Hands-on experience with SASE/ZTNA platforms and micro-segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy: develop and maintain the enterprise Zero Trust architecture roadmap.
• Transformation Leadership: lead Zero Trust transformation across multi-cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid.
• Network & Access Security: design micro-segmentation, SDP, and ZTNA to replace VPNs.
• Multi‑Cloud Security: implement secure landing zones and posture management across Azure/AWS.
• Security Operations & Automation: enable continuous verification and automate security operations.
• Governance & Leadership: map regulations to controls and report risks to executives.
