Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior Zero Trust Architect/Engineer to design, implement, and govern the organization's Zero Trust security strategy. This role leads security architecture across users, devices, networks, data, and cloud environments on a global scale.

The candidate will drive adoption of modern security architectures, work with Infrastructure, Cloud, and Compliance teams, and have hands-on experience with ZIA/ZPA and ZTNA. This position is based in Bridgewater, NJ or Somerset, NJ.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
10+ years IT infrastructure or security experience; 5+ years in enterprise security architecture.
Experience leading Zero Trust initiatives in regulated industries a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern the organization's Zero Trust strategy and roadmap.
Design enterprise security architectures aligned with NIST SP 800-207 and best practices.
Lead Zero Trust transformation across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.
Define security standards, reference architectures, and design principles.
Oversee ZTNA implementations and reduce VPN reliance.
Collaborate with Cloud, IT, Compliance, and Security teams to align controls with business needs.
