Job summary

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking a mission-driven Senior Coordinator of Youth Ministry to support and advance youth ministry across the Archdiocese. You will lead formation programs, major events, and initiatives that strengthen youth faith and leadership, while consulting with parish leaders and providing strategic guidance to archdiocesan and parish leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in youth ministry, theology, Catholic Studies, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional pastoral ministry experience with youth; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to travel up to two hours from the office on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead formation and engagement programs for parish youth ministry leaders.
• Provide leadership for planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of youth ministry programs and events.
• Partner with parish leaders to assess ministry needs and opportunities for growth.
