Job summary

Lactalis USA is seeking a Senior Process Project Manager based in Murfreesboro, TN to lead strategic capital investments and process-improvement initiatives for our yogurt manufacturing operations.

You will drive process design, oversee cross-functional project teams, support production and quality operations, and ensure successful commissioning from concept through ramp-up and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Major in Food, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years in Capital Expenditure and multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria for yogurt projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Planning and Finance.
• Develop project packages with P&IDs, layouts, cost estimates and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory standards, and company policies.
