Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Senior Yield & Integration Engineer to lead yield improvement across IR detector and thermal imaging device manufacturing. You will drive defect reduction, monitor yield performance, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, high‑reliability environment.

Under limited supervision, you will guide cross‑functional investigations, coordinate technology transfers, and champion data‑driven decisions using JMP, Python, SQL, or MATLAB to build predictive indicators

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in a STEM field; will consider related work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in yield engineering, process integration, or device engineering.
• Direct experience with infrared detectors, thermal imaging systems, microbolometers, or MEMS devices.
• Must be US citizen or PERM resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wafer foundry yield management and establish yield monitoring frameworks.
• Lead root cause investigations into yield excursions across fabrication, assembly, and test.
• Collaborate with foundry partners and internal teams to drive corrective actions and cost reduction.
• Analyze yield loss mechanisms and perform advanced failure analysis and characterization.
• Own integrated process flows for IR and bolometer technologies and support tech transfers.
