Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months at a Grade 1-3 Wastewater Facility or a bachelor’s degree in science.
• Must obtain Grade 3 WWTP Operator Certification within 18 months of hire or via reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes and sludge handling.
• Perform complex lab tests and analysis for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and repair equipment, pumps, and valves.
• Keep accurate shift logs and compliance documentation.
• Work rotating shifts and be available for on-call emergencies.
