Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Workplace Financial Consultant, Senior Specialist in the Malvern area to build relationships with prospective and existing clients, uncover needs, and connect investors with Vanguard's products and services.

This consultative sales role focuses on proactive outreach, client service, and understanding capital markets to help clients achieve long-term goals. A hybrid work model and a culture of client-first service are key.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, including sales experience.
• Minimum three years’ general experience and three years’ industry/technology. Financial services or cold calling experience preferred.
• Series 7, 66, SIE strongly preferred
• Defined Contribution/Retirement Plan experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales results and sales activity goals as set by the leadership team.
• Delivers key messages about Vanguard products and services through targeted outreach.
• Competes with outside competitors and communicates the value of Vanguard services.
• Executes the sales and lead generation strategy to attract high value clients and generate advisor consultations.
• Serves as a role model for new crew on the team.
• Supports broader corporate initiatives and participates in special projects.
