Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in San Francisco is seeking a Workplace Financial Consultant to deliver holistic financial planning and guidance to participants in Schwab’s Workplace programs. You’ll build trusted relationships through high-touch service and educate clients on Schwab’s Retail and Workplace offerings.

Required licenses include active Series 7 and Series 66 (63/65) and CFP certification; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning and guidance to participants.
• Serve as Schwab ambassador for corporate clients and support participants with needs.
• Work on-site five days a week at the Anthropic location in San Francisco.
• Address in-the-moment questions with point-in-time guidance.
