Accenture is seeking a seasoned Lead in marketing technology to shape and deliver Fusion-based integrations that connect Adobe Workfront with critical systems like Jira, Slack, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into reliable automation and governance across platforms.

You’ll guide teams through best practices, drive design reviews, and ensure data integrity and security while enabling client success and scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading marketing technology implementation programs and managing delivery teams
• Minimum 3 years overseeing Workfront Fusion development practices, setting standards and mentoring developers
• Minimum 2 years establishing integration architecture guidelines using APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping across enterprise environments
• Minimum 3 years owning Workfront integration strategy and governance with accountability for adoption and platform health
• Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships including executive communication
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsabilités

• Design, lead, and deliver Fusion-based integrations between Adobe Workfront and third-party systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy
• Collaborate with Workfront solution architects to define optimal Fusion-based solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize Fusion scenarios for reliability and performance
• Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications
• Ensure security, privacy, and data governance in all integrations
• Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing for Fusion scenarios and ensure data integrity
• Stay current with Workfront and Fusion enhancements to evolve tooling
