Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Workflow Engineer to provide expert technical leadership within our Digital Infrastructure Branch, supporting classified programs and mission‑critical development activities.

You will design, optimize, and manage secure, reliable workflows across software development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. As the authoritative lead for workflow engineering, you will ensure processes are compliant with security and classification

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in workflow engineering.
• Experience in DoD or SAP/SCI environments is required.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and optimization of mission workflows across development and deployment.
• Develop automated workflow pipelines to support CI/DI and digital engineering tasks.
• Define governance standards for processes, naming, and approval flows.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with classified-environment requirements.
• Collaborate with system owners, enclave admins, cybersecurity, and mission teams.
