You will manage defenses from inception through resolution, take depositions, appear at MSCs, hearings, and trials, and provide strategic guidance to employers, carriers, and TPAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of California workers' compensation defense experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and WCAB procedures.
• Excellent deposition, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with colleagues.
• Strong written advocacy and communication skills.
