Job summary

Canon Recruiting in Sacramento is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to manage complex indemnity claims in accordance with California regulations. You will lead investigations, coordinate medical care, manage litigation, and drive timely, cost-effective resolutions while supporting injured workers and employers.

The role requires 3+ years in workers’ compensation, deep California Labor Code knowledge, and SIP certification, with strong communication and decision-making

Sacramento | Direct Hire| $80k- $100k Depending on Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to manage complex indemnity claims in compliance with California regulations. You'll lead claim investigations, coordinate medical care, manage litigation, and drive timely, cost-effective resolutions—all while supporting injured workers and employers.

• Conduct timely 3-point contact and establish compensability
