The role requires expertise in handling medium‑complexity indemnity claims and a track record of strong collaboration with agents, policyholders, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of workers’ compensation experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and prefers AIC/SLA certification.

Provides quality investigation and analysis to adjust medium‑complexity/severity claims, including litigated files, to proper resolution. Promotes organizational success through development of relationships with agencies, policyholders, and employees.
Ability to travel overnight up to 10% and daily between locations.
