Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management, with at least 2 years in a management/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and industry best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven experience managing TPAs, defense counsel, and complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead Flynn’s workers’ compensation claims program, including oversight of Analysts and TPAs.
• Manage litigated and complex claims, including settlement authority.
• Monitor and evaluate TPA performance to ensure compliance with standards.
