Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers’ compensation claims, investigate and determine exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and manage claim payments.
• Maintain reserves and ensure cost-effective, compliant resolutions throughout life of the claim.
• Coordinate with vendors for investigation and litigation management as needed.
