Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a skilled NV Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client's growing team in Las Vegas. You will oversee daily operations of the workers' compensation claims department and mentor a team of adjusters to ensure timely processing of claims.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, 5+ years handling NV/CA WC claims, litigation experience, and an active NV adjuster’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience handling NV and CA workers compensation claims.
• Litigation experience required.
• Active NV adjuster's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the workers compensation claims department.
• Manage and mentor a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and analyze claims to determine appropriate action and resolution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve claims handling.
