Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday implementations, focusing on data conversion and/or reporting.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
• Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work streams in cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• Design, build and maintain Workday reports (standard/advanced/composite).
• Implement Workday integrations and enhancements; manage data conversions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and client leadership to define requirements.
• Coach and lead technical staff; ensure alignment with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end integration life cycle from planning to post‑production support.
