Three Link Solutions is seeking a Payroll Functional Consultant to guide clients through Workday payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations. You will translate business needs into functional solutions, support data conversions, and ensure a smooth post-go-live operation.

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing hands-on design, testing, and training. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential to drive successful payroll projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation, consulting, or systems configuration with a strong focus on payroll solutions.
• Workday Payroll certification.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll operations and payroll system logic, including calculations, tax rules, deductions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements gathering to understand current payroll processes, business rules, and desired outcomes.
• Configure payroll solutions to meet defined business requirements and best practice standards.
• Partner with data conversion teams to support accurate migration of legacy payroll data.
• Assist with end-to-end and parallel testing and validation of payroll configurations, ensuring system accuracy and performance.
• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, advising on configuration and process decisions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements that support client goals.
