Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations with external systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday integrations, APIs, and programming in Java or Python.

This urgent contract role requires the ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable integration solutions. Location options include Tampa, FL or Irving, TX, with W2/1099 work authorization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data formats, and integration concepts.
• Workday Certification preferred or willing to clear Karat assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and external apps.
• Build integrations using Workday tools and custom development.
• Work with APIs, web services, data formats and integration concepts.
• Perform integration testing and support deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with business, functional and tech teams.
• Develop scalable and reliable integration solutions.
• Provide production support and maintenance for Workday integrations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
