Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to design, deliver, and support Workday integrations across the enterprise HR ecosystem. You will lead technical work, ensure data accuracy and security, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive integration standards, and own lifecycle activities from design to deployment, focusing on global hire-to-retire processes and compliance within a hybrid, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Preferred: design, build, and support enterprise integrations with Workday as system of record.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs).
• Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, payroll, benefits, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR domains.
• Mentor engineers and establish integration standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, and vendors to translate requirements into secure, reliable solutions.
