Our client is building next-gen business solutions that power critical operations across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving innovation through cloud technologies, automation, and seamless integrations.

Job Title: Senior Workday Integration Developer

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Remote)

Pay Range: 130k-140k

What's the Job?
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Finance and HCM modules, including Workday Extend.
  • Lead and support integration efforts between Workday and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ, etc.).
  • Own the development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
  • Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule with a skilled team.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Workday features, cloud technologies, and best practices.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of related experience in an enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on Workday integration development experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
  • Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs.
  • Experience with data conversions, system integrations, and performance tuning.
