Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with the following product areas: Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements.
• Demonstrate system configuration solutions and articulate product capabilities and trade-offs.
• Troubleshoot configuration to meet customer business needs and guide best practices.
• Collaborate with Engagement Manager on workshops, reviews and health checks.
