Triveni IT seeks a seasoned Workday specialist to lead Financials/SCM workstreams within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and SI teams to design and deploy multi-module Workday configurations.

Responsibilities include data conversion, integrations, and end-to-end testing, plus mentoring junior analysts and ensuring governance and change control are followed. Strong communication is essential for coordinating large SI partnerships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years Workday experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle Financials and/or SCM implementations (healthcare provider environment strongly preferred).
• Advanced multi-module configuration experience; EIB, business process framework, and reporting proficiency.
• Experience working alongside large SI teams (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) and transitioning ownership to client teams post-go-live.
• Legacy ERP migration experience (Infor/Lawson or Meditech environments a plus).
• Strong communication skills; comfortable mentoring junior client analysts.

• Workday Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory, Receiving, Supplier Management — healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred
• Adaptive Planning and Prism/reporting skills a plus
