Carter’s Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Workday Analyst to optimize the Performance, Learning, and Talent functions within Workday, with a strong emphasis on user experience and adoption.
You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, oversee Workday releases, and deliver training materials that empower admins and end users. This role reports to the Director of Workday and requires 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience.
