Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Wiring Systems Engineer to own all aspects of wire harness schematics design, CAN network layouts, and harness optimization. The role includes designing and validating electrical systems and released components to meet Stellantis specifications across vehicle environments.

The engineer will support PWB and manufacturing facilities, manage the supplier systems engineering team, handle large datasets, and operate within corporate computer systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• 7+ years engineering experience
• 5+ years transportation wiring design and release or vehicle electrical system experience
• Excellent communication skills for management-level materials and reports
• Experience with Capital Tools Suite (Logic, Integrator and XC)
• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Design and validate wire harness schematics and CAN network layouts
• Size wires/fuses and optimize harness architecture and system integration
• Support PWB and manufacturing facilities across the life cycle
• Manage supplier systems engineering support team and data management
• Ensure compliance with Stellantis electrical specifications
