Job summary

Texas A&M University System Offices in Bryan, TX seeks a Wireless Systems Research Engineer III/IV or Senior I to conduct and support cutting-edge wireless network research. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Six or more years of wireless networking experience for III; eight for IV; nine for Senior I.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and test wireless research networks and related solutions.
  • Provide network configuration, installation, testing, and documentation for research networks.
  • Support research projects and provide Tier I-III troubleshooting and security assessments.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to project sponsors.
