Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising others.
• Experience with hardening Windows environments.
• Time management skills with the ability to work within an IT Service Management/ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and monitoring of Microsoft Windows.
• Lead effort to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions.
• Support operations, maintenance, troubleshooting for end user workstations.
• Provide follow‑up reports for Root Cause Analysis.

Skills

Windows server setup, deployment and maintenance

Scripting/Automation through PowerShell

Incident analysis and identification of issue trends

Experience with integrating Windows environments

Strong oral and written communications skills
