Job summary

L3Harris is hiring a Senior Windows System Administrator for the on-site Melbourne, FL office. You will manage Windows Server, Citrix Workspace, and VMware infrastructure, with emphasis on STIG compliance and security patching.

Strong scripting (bash) and documentation skills are required to support audits and risk assessments. The role requires 6+ years in Windows, Citrix, and VMware administration, active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to collaborate with ISSOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or 10 years relevant experience in lieu.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Windows, Citrix and VMware administration.
• Current/active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server/Desktop, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix NetScaler.
• Manage VMware/virtualization environments and backup technologies such as Commvault.
• Develop documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with ISSOs to support audits and STIG compliance.
• Implement security patches and conduct system scans to ensure integrity.
• Provide flexible support during and outside standard hours.
