Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Windows OS and performance tuning.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with endpoint analytics and Tanium.
• Deep knowledge of AD/GP and security hardening.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• 13–20 years of relevant experience.
• Server/desktop/laptop OS deployment and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Wireshark, Sysinternals, PerfMon and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate endpoint analytics and Windows event/log data to identify performance issues.
• Investigate root causes and remediation for Windows issues (OS, software, network, third-party apps).
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Provide Windows support across workstations, servers, and endpoints.
