Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage Windows Server environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role requires hands-on expertise in Windows Server, cloud platforms, security, patching, automation, and production application support.

You will perform upgrades, migrations, remediation, and troubleshooting within mission-critical systems, and collaborate across OSI networking, Java/.NET, Oracle, SQL, and warehouse platforms to support both

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience with upgrades, migrations, remediation, and troubleshooting of mission-critical systems.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and related tools.
• Understanding of OSI layers and networking protocols in enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments across on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Perform OS upgrades, patching, testing, and security hardening to ensure reliability.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate centralized, repetitive tasks.
• Lead server migrations from on-prem to cloud platforms.
• Provide production application support for enterprise apps built on .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments and infrastructure improvements.
