Job summary

CACI International Inc in the Hanover, MD area is seeking a Software Engineer Level 3 to support the MWIII Bridge project. Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; four years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in SIGINT/IA/IT.
• Experience building Windows plug-ins, desktop extensions, or Office add-ins with C#/.NET and Visual Studio.
• Experience with Office.js, VSTO, COM or equivalent Office extensibility model.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs, JSON, tokens, certificates, PKI, mutual TLS, and identity sources.
• Experience implementing authorization handling, auditing, timeouts, caching, and recovery.
• Experience with automated testing, Git, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading design/code reviews and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support ZT ICAM team, DISA, and other DoD customers.
• Design, develop, test, and sustain Windows plug-ins, Office add-ins, and client libraries.
• Integrate applications with policy, identity, and attribute services.
• Construct authorization requests and enforce outcomes while supporting auditing and failure handling.
• Collaborate with customer teams to assess environments and document integration and deployment steps.
