Senior Window Cleaner Key Responsibilities

• Working manager with assigned service jobs on a daily basis
• Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday and Saturdays as business dictates
• Oversee and manage the technician workforce
• Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Training and evaluating new and existing technicians
• Quality Control - ensuring all standards are maintained and customer call-backs are kept to a minimum
• Maintenance of truck and equipment

Senior Window Cleaner Job Requirements

• Candidates must be professional, personable, detail oriented
• Previous window cleaning and pressure washing experience required
• Strong leadership and/or management skills required
• Team player
• Valid driver’s license
