Job summary

Deloitte in Austin seeks an experienced PLM professional to lead Windchill implementations for industrial products and aerospace/defense clients. You will translate business needs into robust PLM solutions, manage complex projects, and travel up to 50% as required.

You will collaborate with solution architects and developers, design and implement PLM modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, ProjectLink), and contribute to pursuits and practice development. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill.
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities.
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill.
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Due to the nature of this position and applicable federal restrictions, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions.
• Technical Advisory and Collaboration: Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity, and customize Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, ProjectLink).
