Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join our EmpowerMe 360 program for seniors. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy, assess residents, and design care plans as part of a collaborative care team.

This role emphasizes improving independence and safety, with predictable schedules and opportunities for leadership, program development, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy (PT/OT/SLP) required.
• Experience empowering seniors to live independently is preferred.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions with the team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
