Senior Wellness Personal Trainer – LiveFit Program

Job summary

Legacy is seeking a dedicated LiveFit Wellness Specialist to develop and maintain fitness programs for senior residents. You will deliver live fitness sessions, create personalized plans, bill and document services, and support marketing efforts to grow LiveFit membership.

Responsibilities include group classes, individual training, promoting wellness and independence, and collaborating with the Rehabilitation Director to ensure program quality and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Personal Training or Group Fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain membership for Legacy’s LiveFit program.
• Deliver LiveFit treatment plans to improve health, fitness levels, and meet members’ fitness goals.
• Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program.
• Perform and document LiveFit services with residents under guidance of Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director.
• Meet efficiency standards set by Legacy and assist with marketing LiveFit to increase membership.
