Qualifications

• State-approved Activity Director training is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an Activities Director in a similar setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with budgeting tools and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to promote healing and belonging through activities.
• Conduct needs assessments of residents' abilities.
• Plan activities aligned with residents' interests and needs.
• Oversee budgeting and use of available finances.
• Source, train, and supervise Activities Assistants.
• Coordinate advertising and lead events with staff and residents.
• Prepare periodic reports on successes and future plans.
