Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Certified Welding Inspector III to act as the welding quality authority across projects. Qualifications

• AWS SCWI or CWI with 8+ years of welding inspection leadership.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (D1.1, D1.5, D1.8, ASME IX, API 1104).
• Experience writing welding quality programs and reviewing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and approve welding quality plans and inspection procedures.
• Supervise CWIs and Welding Inspectors across projects.
• Audit fabricators and erectors' welding quality systems and review reports.
• Resolve disputed indications with engineers of record and represent the company to engineers, owners, and officials.
