Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical expert and supports production on welding procedures and processes.
• Coordinates and leads projects for welding procedure development and related processes.
• Reports progress and issues to management while guiding training for staff.
• Formulates teaching outlines and selects instructional methods for effective training.
• Conducts training sessions, evaluates progress, and supervises apprentices.
