Waste Management in Fort Worth operates a maintenance-focused facility seeking an experienced technician. The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing compactors and containers, and performing diverse welding tasks.
You will document parts usage and repair times in our fleet software and perform safety checks on equipment. Qualified candidates have 4 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license.
Pay Range: $25 - $28 DOE + $3 shift differential
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm - 1am
Boot Allowance: $200

Performs preventive maintenance inspection (PMI), troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds major components on compactors and containers. Ensures accurate diagnosis and effective repair and/or replacement of components.

Field: This job operates in both inside gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.
