Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, Web Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and administering websites or digital platforms.
• Experience with CMS, HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing website security best practices and complying with security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance public-facing websites and web-based platforms.
• Create and manage content, layouts, navigation, templates, and digital assets within CMS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize website performance across devices and browsers.
• Implement and maintain website security controls per DoD and org requirements.
• Conduct testing, QA, and cross-browser compatibility checks.
• Coordinate with communications teams and stakeholders to publish web content.
• Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide guidance on web technologies, CMS capabilities, and emerging requirements.
