Job summary

Current is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Webflow) to lead UX and visual design across client websites. You will partner with strategy, production, engineering, and client services to deliver thoughtful, user-centered sites built in Webflow and designed in Figma.

You’ll own projects from concept through launch, bridging UX discovery, polished designs, and production-ready development in Webflow, with a focus on accessible, conversion-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience.
• 2+ years building production websites in Webflow.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX to Webflow implementation.
• Experience building scalable Webflow sites using CMS and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and visual design across websites and digital experiences for multiple client engagements.
• Partner with strategy and engineering to define user experience and creative direction.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Design and build responsive, production-ready websites directly in Webflow.
• Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS structures in Webflow.
• Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers on advanced functionality and integrations when needed.
• Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO.
• Conduct UX reviews and suggest improvements based on user insights.
• Stay current on UX trends and evolving Webflow capabilities.
