Job summary

Ampcus Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Web Services Software Quality Assurance Engineer Level 3 to join our team.

You will perform manual and automated testing on Drupal-based environments, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and verify accessibility conformance. You will collaborate with product teams, designers, and developers to create detailed test plans, execute regression testing, and support migrations from Drupal 10 to 11.

Qualifications

2 years of QA testing experience for apps, websites and web apps.
Experience creating/reviewing test plans, test cases, defect resolution and root-cause analysis.
Strong communication to document/report defects and issues.
Programming knowledge for web app testing is desirable.
Degree in CS/IS/Math or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing on Drupal 10.x and 11.x environments.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design adherence.
Validate content accuracy across different user roles.
Conduct regression testing after updates, patches, and deployments.
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508).
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for complex Drupal sites.
Support migration testing from Drupal 10 to 11 to ensure data integrity and parity.
